For over 20 years acoustic music lovers have gathered for three days in August, in an awesome prairie setting, to:

• celebrate bluegrass
• listen to talented bluegrass artists
• participate in workshops designed to help all levels of musicians, from novice to expert, to hone their skills
• enjoy opportunities for non-stop jamming on the festival grounds and in the campground
• kick back and relax
• spend quality time with family and friends!

Over the years Shady Grove Bluegrass Festival has been one of Southern Alberta's "must-experience" music destinations. Adding to the enjoyment of the music is the incredibly beautiful and relaxing atmosphere of Broadway Farm - many thanks to our host Bill Gelden!
