Volunteers
Join us July 18-20, 2025 at the Sundre Pro Rodeo Grounds and be a part of putting on a fantastic weekend of performances, camping, jamming and workshops!
The volunteer program will be evolving again this year, we will be providing more details of the 2025 program in the coming weeks and months. We need your input to make it the best experience possible.
To have a say in shaping the 2025 experience, and to get the first shot at your preferred role and shifts, please fill out the questionnaire. Let us know a little bit about yourself, your preferences, as well as anything else you want us to know.
With the recent growth of the festival, we are also looking for people willing to contribute specialized skills, especially for volunteer lead roles and other specific skill sets to participate in helping plan the festival.
In exchange for 12 hours of work, volunteers will receive:
- Four meals, including dinner Friday and Saturday, and lunch Saturday and Sunday.
- A Weekend Pass to the Festival including camping.
- A Volunteer T-Shirt.
